BKB HVAC successfully completed a mechanical services upgrade at Yarra Edge Tower, a prominent commercial high-rise in the heart of Melbourne. Finalised in 2024, the project involved the replacement of two existing pumps with high-performance BKB Davey ISO 200-150-400 55kW long coupled pumps, engineered for reliable operation in demanding commercial HVAC systems.

This pump replacement was part of a broader effort to improve the building’s energy efficiency, system reliability, and long-term mechanical performance. The new ISO 200-150-400 pumps offer superior hydraulic performance and are designed to handle high flow rates and pressure requirements typical of large-scale commercial towers.
