Continuous Education
We invest in the future of our people through continuous training and development opportunities. Our apprenticeship program welcomes participants from all backgrounds, including women entering trade-based careers. Several staff members have successfully completed apprenticeships in areas such as, electrical work, fitting and machining and boiler operation. In addition, our Tanks Division technicians have completed industry-specific certifications, including forklift licences, demonstrating our commitment to ongoing education and safety standards across every division.
